FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Why is the review complimentary?

Dutyflo is entering trade operations and learns fastest from real workflows. You get the review and the roadmap; Dutyflo gets the education. That is also why the first cohort is limited to five partners.

Is anything being sold in the review?

No. The recommendations are technology-neutral and yours to act on with any vendor, internally, or not at all. AI enters only if the review shows it is the right lever.

What happens after the review?

You can stop, act on the roadmap yourself, work with anyone, or ask for a scoped pilot. Pilots are offered only when the numbers justify them, with scope and success criteria agreed before work starts.

Is my data safe?

The review uses a walkthrough and a few redacted sample documents. No system access is needed. An NDA is available on request, and only anonymized patterns inform what Dutyflo builds.

Do you give customs legal advice?

No. Dutyflo is not a customs broker or a law firm, and it does not check classifications, valuations, or filings for correctness. It reviews how work moves through a process and where capacity can be added.

Who is the first cohort for?

Import teams with a real workflow pain: rising volume on a small team, slow new-hire ramp-up, rework, or audit-readiness gaps. Compliance, customs operations, logistics, and finance leads are all welcome.
