Privacy Policy

What this site collects

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. The hours-and-dollars estimator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to or stored by Dutyflo.

Dutyflo uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see aggregate page visits. This does not identify you personally.

Booking a call

When you book a call, the scheduling provider (such as Cal.com or Calendly) collects the information you enter, such as your name, work email, and company. That provider handles it under its own privacy policy. Dutyflo uses it only to schedule and prepare for the call and to follow up on it.

Email

If you email Dutyflo, your message and address are used to reply. Outreach emails include an unsubscribe option, and you can ask to stop receiving them at any time.

Workflow Reviews

A Workflow Review uses a walkthrough and redacted sample documents. Do not send documents containing personal data or confidential information you have not redacted. A mutual NDA is available on request. Dutyflo does not share your data, and only anonymized patterns may inform what it builds.

Your choices

You can ask what Dutyflo holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@dutyflo.co.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
