hrs a week · about of a full-time role
Today this workflow costs a year ( hrs a week).
Published vendor case studies, mostly in classification, report roughly 30% to 80%+. Estimate, not a guarantee. Numbers off? That's what the 20-minute call is for.
Defaults: BLS Occupational Outlook Handbook (logisticians, May 2024). Typical minutes and reduction ranges come from vendor-reported case studies, which are marketing material, not independent measurements.

Applied to imports
Not built from scratch. Each block has already been built and field-tested in another regulated or high-volume setting.
Built once, adapted to you. Each block comes with the human-review rules and audit trail it was proven with.

FAQ
Dutyflo is entering trade operations and learns fastest from real workflows. You get the review and the roadmap; Dutyflo gets the education. That is also why the first cohort is limited to five partners.
No. The recommendations are technology-neutral and yours to act on with any vendor, internally, or not at all. AI enters only if the review shows it is the right lever.
You can stop, act on the roadmap yourself, work with anyone, or ask for a scoped pilot. Pilots are offered only when the numbers justify them, with scope and success criteria agreed before work starts.
The review uses a walkthrough and a few redacted sample documents. No system access is needed. An NDA is available on request, and only anonymized patterns inform what Dutyflo builds.
No. Dutyflo is not a customs broker or a law firm, and it does not check classifications, valuations, or filings for correctness. It reviews how work moves through a process and where capacity can be added.
Import teams with a real workflow pain: rising volume on a small team, slow new-hire ramp-up, rework, or audit-readiness gaps. Compliance, customs operations, logistics, and finance leads are all welcome.
About
AI product and operations, across regulated enterprise and government
Vishal works where AI meets real operations: places where a wrong automated decision is expensive and every output has to be defended. He has taken multiple products from zero to one across automotive, robotics, smart-home IoT, telecom, and government, and now applies that work to trade and import operations. New to trade, so every engagement starts with listening.
